Where do our designs come from? From my original artwork. It all starts with me sitting down to paint.

Painting is something that's come and gone throughout my life. It's not something I've ever trained at, it's just been something I've enjoyed doing as a hobby.

Years have gone by where I didn't pick up a paintbrush. Life got in the way, but at the start of 2025 I made it my New Years resolution to start painting again. I copied other art and pictures I liked. That's all I thought I could do.

Until this year (2026) when I decided to try and push myself to create some original works. Not with the intention to sell the art and certainly not with the intention to create a t-shirt brand. But hey, the best things in life aren't planned!

I had no idea what my original work would be based on though.

My headphones are an like an extension of my arm, and usually when they're on you'll hear Punk blasting through them. That was all the inspiration I needed.

The t-shirts came later. I messed around wanting to put my art on a shirt just for myself. Turns out just because it looks good on a canvas doesn't mean it looks good on a tee! Some trial and error later I got it to a point where the designs started to look really good.

Maybe even to the point others would enjoy wearing them to?

Born from a passion for art and Punk rock. Funk Punk is inspired by the raw energy and passion that is Punk.
